Rote Compliance is operated by Dang's Solutions LLC. This policy describes how rotecompliance.com handles information. It covers this website only.

What this site does not collect

There is no account to create and no way to sign up. This site does not host an application, does not accept document uploads, and does not create a workspace for anyone. The free Self-Checks are published at dangssolutions.com and covered by that site's privacy policy.

The compliance skills are published files. When you download or install one, you run it in your own environment, against your own documents, on a model you choose. Nothing about that run reaches us.

The contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, it is processed by Formspree, which passes the name, email address and message you typed to Dan Gonzalez. That information is used to answer you. It is not sold, and it is not shared for marketing.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages get read. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address, and its own privacy terms govern what it does with them. Analytics tells us that a page was read, not who read it, and it is not connected to the contact form or to anything you download. Browser-level tracking protection and ad blockers stop it, and nothing on the site depends on it.

What stays in your browser

The AI tooling worksheet saves your entries to your browser's local storage so the page survives a reload. That data stays on your device, is never transmitted, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

The platform

The Rote platform is not open for signups and has no external users. It runs as the instrument behind Dang's Solutions LLC, Dan Gonzalez's practice. Where an engagement includes access to it, the handling of any documents involved is governed by the agreement covering that engagement, including a business associate agreement executed before any document containing PHI is uploaded. That is a separate arrangement, and this policy does not govern it.
