Rote Compliance is operated by Dang's Solutions LLC. This policy describes how we handle information collected through rotecompliance.com and the Rote platform (app.rotecompliance.com).

Information we collect

When you request trial access, we collect your name, email address, company, role, and any context you provide about your compliance needs. This information is used solely to provision your workspace and communicate with you about the platform.

The Rote platform collects the documents you upload for analysis. These documents are stored in a workspace isolated to your account and are never used for model training or shared with other users.

How we use your information

Contact information is used to communicate with you about your account, respond to your inquiries, and provide onboarding support. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Documents uploaded to the platform are used only to perform the compliance analysis you request. They are stored in your workspace and are accessible only to you.

Data security

The platform uses TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Documents are stored in workspace-isolated storage. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at contact@rotecompliance.com.

Third-party services

Trial access requests are processed through Formspree. The platform is hosted on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. LLM providers are selected by you at workspace setup and process only the data you submit for analysis.
