These terms govern your use of rotecompliance.com and the Rote platform (app.rotecompliance.com), operated by Dang's Solutions LLC.

Platform access

Access to the Rote platform is provided on a trial basis, provisioned manually by Dan Gonzalez. Access may be modified or terminated at any time. When pricing tiers are introduced, existing users will receive advance notice.

Acceptable use

The platform is provided for legitimate compliance analysis work. You agree not to use it to process data you are not authorized to handle, attempt to circumvent workspace isolation, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the compliance outputs as a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

Compliance outputs produced by Rote are analytical tools, not legal advice. The platform helps you identify and analyze compliance gaps; qualified professionals should review material findings before acting on them.

Your data

Documents you upload to the platform remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your compliance documents or the analysis outputs generated from them. See the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

Open-source components

The core compliance skills are open source under the Apache 2.0 license and available at github.com/Rote-Compliance. The SaaS platform infrastructure is proprietary.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as-is. Dang's Solutions LLC is not liable for compliance decisions made based on platform outputs. Use the platform as one input among many in your compliance process.
